Course Learning Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:
-Name four factors for therapist comfort.
-Identify five areas that reflect growth versus security.
-Name four rules for clinical judgment.
-Explain some areas that the NASW, AAMFT, NBCC, and APA Codes of Ethics agree upon regarding the setting of clear and ethical boundaries with clients.
-Name two consequences therapists have to consider when reporting domestic violence.
